Our spacious Sea Urchin Neos Kosmos is literally next to the beach of Neos Kosmos in an ideal location for holidays. With spectacular views of the beach and Cape Maleas you can unwind at the sound of the sea waves…

Our 58 sq.m. apartment, Sea Urchin – Neos Kosmos, is on the second floor of a two-storey traditional style house building. It comprises two bedrooms, a specious Living/Dining room / kitchen and a lovely bathroom with a very special finishing. You will be impressed by the view from the two balconies overlooking the sea. Outdoor furniture is available for the balconies.

Breathtaking view aside, Sea Urchin – Neos Kosmos offers a fully equipped kitchen with 60 cm oven with ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, Microwave Oven, coffee maker and toaster, smoke detector, Smart 43’’ TV as well as High Speed Internet connection (up to 100 MBps) over Wi-Fi and Ethernet connections.

The apartment (58,48 Sq. m.) can accommodate up to 6 persons comprising one bedroom with a double bed (150X200 cm), one with two single beds (90X200) and a living room sofa / bed (100X200 cm) which can, when needed, convert to a full-size double bed (200X200 cm). All rooms are airconditioned, with modern double-glazed windows with mosquito nets as well as central heating for the colder days.

Parking space is available next to the building.

Sea Urchin apartments 1st and 2nd floor (Studios)  

Our studio apartments (Sea Urchin 1st and 2nd Floor) are in the very centre of the village of Agia Pelagia on the main road, next to the restaurants and cafes, just 30 metres from the main central beach.

With unobstructed view over the beach and the little harbour you can let your imagination travel you all the way to the opposite land of Peloponnese or play with the names of the Cruise ships floating by

These apartments, apart from the breath-taking view, offer fully equipped kitchen with 60 cm oven with ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, full size Microwave Oven, coffee maker and toaster, Smart 32’’ TV as well as High Speed Internet connection (up to 50 MBps) over Wi-Fi and Ethernet connections.

The first-floor apartment (36 Sq. m.) can accommodate up to 4 persons while the second floor (28 Sq. m.) can accommodate up to 3 persons.

The spacious balconies are equipped each with four full-size reclining, cushioned armchairs and an expandable to 1.4 m length table.

Agia Pelagia is 24 Kms from the Main Port of Diakofti and 14 Kms from the Kythira Airport. It is located at the NE part of the isle of Kythira (or Kythera) about 14 kms from the airport and 24 kms from the main port of Diakofti. It is an ideal holiday location with 7 successive beaches (Central, Neos Cosmos, Firi Ammos, Calamitsi, Agios Nicolas, Lorentzou, Lagada – EU Blue Flag) spanning 5 kilometres with varying features so that you can find what suits your taste. Alternatively, Kythira boasts a series of other beaches within easy driving distance (e.g., Platia Ammos 3 km, Likodimou 10 Kms) and many others up to 20 Kms away.

Agia Pelagia offers a variety of restaurants, cafes and tourist shops while been very near the main village of Potamos (6 Kms) with a wide offer of shops, restaurants, Bank, tourist agency and importantly very close to the fully equipped Kythira State Hospital. Naturally Agia Pelagia is a favourite holiday location.
