Terms for Refunds and Returns

We offer full refunds for products that meet the following conditions:

1. Unworn and undamaged: The product must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage.
2. Returned within 30 days: The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
3. Original condition: The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags intact, and accompanied by the original receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for the following:

• Products missing their tags or packaging, or those that are visibly damaged due to mishandling.
• Customized or modified items that were tailored to your specifications.

How to Return or Exchange a Product

To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:

1. Write the following details on a note to include with your package:
   • Your full name
   • Order number
   • Date of receipt
   • Reason for the return or exchange

3. Include the original receipt in the package.

Note: Any customs duties incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the customer. If your payment was made via bank transfer, please provide your IBAN to process the refund. For returns using your preferred courier, keep the tracking number to monitor the package.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is defective.
• For exchanges, any additional shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

Processing Times

• Returns: It may take up to 30 days for your package to reach us. Once received, we will process your return within 2-5 business days.
• Peak Periods: During busy seasons, processing may take up to 15 business days.
